Such products and samples are produced within the specified colour tolerances and the colours (of production batches) may differ, even if the same colour is used. The viewing angle also influences the colour perception. Metallics panels feature a surface whose colour may appear to change based on the direction from which it is viewed. The specified colour stability and colour specifications relate only to the decorative surface of the Formica products, not to the core material and samples of such products. The most recent version of the delivery program and the Material Property Datasheet can be found at www.formica.info. Only the information in the most recent and valid Material Property Datasheet should be used to select and provide advice regarding Formica products. Formica reserves the right to change the specifications for its products without prior notice.
You are entitled to use the Information, such as documents, photographs, drawings, illustrations and other content subject to the following conditions: you may consult the Information and make copies of the Information for own use, for example by printing or storing the Information. A significant contribution to safety is made when buildings are designed and constructed in compliance with building regulations and such compliance is strongly verified by technical inspectors. In order to ensure that process, each party that is involved in the building must take its own role responsibly and respect the role of others.
Formica Group Europe’s (“Formica”), role is to ensure that its products meet applicable European standards. They are represented on its sole source for technical information: www.formica.info. It is important to understand that any other information is merely for indicative purposes and should be verified independently.
We trust that all parties involved in construction, from design phase to building phase and further on, take their role and responsibility seriously and respect the role of other parties involved. Formica’s role as a surface material manufacturer is to supply the products ordered by the customer. It is within the scope of other professional parties to determine which Formica product is to be selected for a particular purpose in a project. The same applies to how Formica’s products should be applied and how Formica’s products should and can be combined with other products. We are not involved in the actual fabrication of other products using our materials. We are not involved on the construction of buildings and do not have knowledge of the complete structure of buildings including the local building rules and regulations that apply to them.
The use of Formica products in any project, including the use of Formica products in combination with any other product, is to be in full compliance with all local laws, codes, rules and regulations. We advise that you consult with qualified professionals in selecting, ordering and applying our products for any project. Formica is not a specialist on local building codes nor a designer, installer or contractor and does not provide any advice or guarantee of fitness or compliance other than in respect of Formica’s representation of its products’ specifications.

Sen sijaan tarvittavat henkilökohtaiset tiedot kerätään, säilytetään ja käsitellään kyseessä olevan kolmannen osapuolen maksupalvelun toimesta. Tiedon kerääminen auttaa meitä ymmärtämään verkkosivustomme vierailijoita muun muassa siinä, mitä kautta he päätyvät verkkosivuillemme ja millainen sisältö heitä kiinnostaa. Aika ajoin saatamme vastaanottaa henkilökohtaista tietoa sinusta kolmansilta osapuolilta (muun muassa markkinointifirmoilta). Liiketoimintamme harjoittamiseksi Formica saattaa jakaa tietojasi Formica Groupin sisällä silloin, kun se on tarpeellista esimerkiksi asiakastilisi tai tilauksesi kannalta sekä yllä mainituissa tilanteissa.
Saatamme käyttää henkilökohtaisia tietojasi parantaaksemme markkinointiamme sekä myynnin edistämiseksi, analysoidaksemme tilastollisesti verkkosivustomme käyttöä, parantaaksemme sisältöämme sekä tuotevalikoimaamme ja kustomoidaksemme verkkosivustojemme sisältöä, ulkonäköä ja palveluita.
Saatamme käyttää tietojasi viestiäksemme sinulle tietoa, joka voi toisinaan olla kohdennettua kiinnostuksesi mukaan. Toisinaan saatamme tarkistaa useidenkin käyttäjien tilaa tai toimintaa edellä mainittujen kohtien ylläpitämiseksi. Saatamme jakaa henkilökohtaisia tietojasi seuraaville ryhmille:
Käytämme kohtuullisia sekä ajan tasalla olevia turvatoimenpiteitä estääksemme luvatonta pääsyä, varmistaaksemme tietojen oikeellisuuden ja niiden oikean käytön.
Jos perustat asiakastilin verkkosivustojemme kautta, tilisi tiedot sekä profiilisi turvataan salasanalla. Suositellaan, ettet kerro salasanaasi kellekään. Henkilökuntamme ei koskaan pyydä salasanaasi asiaankuulumattomassa puhelussa tai sähköpostiviestissä. Muista aina kirjautua ulos asiakastililtäsi ja sulkea selaimesi, kun istuntosi on päättynyt. Näin varmistat, etteivät muut pääse käsiksi henkilökohtaisiin tietoihisi tai viestintääsi, jos esimerkiksi jaat tietokoneesi jonkun toisen kanssa tai käytät tietokonetta julkisella paikalla.
Aina kun vapaaehtoisesti luovutat henkilökohtaista tietoa verkossa, esimerkiksi keskustelupalstoilla, sähköpostitse tai chat-huoneissa, tämä tieto on muiden kerättävissä ja käytettävissä. Minkään tiedon jakamista Internetissä tai langattoman verkon kautta ei voida täysin ja takuuvarmasti turvata. Tästä johtuen emme voi taata meille luovutetun tiedon turvallisuutta vaikka pyrimme pitämään henkilökohtaiset tietosi turvassa. Luovutat tietosi meille omalla vastuullasi.
Säilytämme sinulta kerättyjä henkilötietoja niin kauan kuin meillä on oikeutettu tarve niihin joko liiketoiminnan kannalta tai noudattaaksemme oikeudellisia vaatimuksia.
Kun liiketoiminnan kannalta oikeutettu tarve henkilötietoihisi päättyy poistamme tietosi (tai varmistamme niiden anonyymiuden). Kolmansien osapuolten kuten mainostajien, maksupalvelujen tai kauttamme tavoitettujen palveluntarjoajien Tietosuojailmoitukset saattavat erota meidän Tietosuojailmoituksesta. Suosittelemme lukemaan kolmansien osapuolten Tietosuojailmoitukset ennen kuin ryhdyt toimimaan heidän kanssaan.
Koska Formica on monikansallinen konserni, toisinaan joudumme lähettämään tai jakamaan henkilötietojasi ETA-maiden ulkopuolelle.Tietojasi voidaan käsitellä ETA-maiden ulkopuolella monesta (muun muassa yllä mainituista) syistä - käsittely ei ole rajoitettu pelkästään yllä mainittuihin käyttötarkoituksiin.
Kun henkilökohtaisia tietoja lähetetään Formican toimesta ETA-maiden ulkopuolelle, Formica sitoutuu toteuttamaan kohtuullisia toimenpiteitä, joilla pyrimme varmistamaan tietojen turvallisen siirron - muun muassa käyttämällä riittävää suojausta, jotta tiedot pysyvät turvassa silloin, kun niitä säilytetään ETA-maiden ulkopuolella. Meitä koskeva henkilötietojen keruun ja käsittelyn oikeusperusta, joka on kuvailtu yllä voi vaihdella ETA-maista tulevien vierailijoiden kohdalla. Käytännöt riippuvat kyseessä olevasta henkilötiedosta sekä tarkasta asiayhteydestä, jossa tieto on kerätty.
Pääsääntöisesti keräämme ETA-yksilöiden henkilötietoja ainoastaan seuraavissa tilanteissa: kun itse annat meille luvan siihen, kun tarvitsemme henkilötietoja suorittaaksemme tai muodostaaksemme sopimuksen kanssanne tai kun käsittely on vilpittömästi oikeutettujen etujemme mukaista (eikä ole kumottavissa yksilön tietosuojan tai perusoikeuksien tai -vapauksien nojalla).
